Meditation

I don't meditate. I do, however, know many people who do and find it incredibly important in their daily routines and wellbeing. I also know meditation can be tremendously important in managing stress, blood pressure, weight loss, depression, and anger. I have used a few of the following apps for other reasons (sleep, primarily) and if they're as good

  • Calm Meditation / Sleep - SO many different options to listen to, but expensive, as I discussed in my Insomnia section

Relaxation

  • Buteyko Breathing - great method for anxiety-prone individuals who experience shortness of breath during panic attacks
