- Probiotics - a lot of people swear by probiotics for their fussy/colicky babies; I do think they help, but it didn't make a night and day difference for me. I tried this brand:
- Gerber Soothe
- Gerber Soothe with Vitamin D - great for breastfed babies who need vitamin D until multivitamin at 6 months!

Respiratory Illness
Respiratory Illness
Nasal Congestion
Nasal Congestion
- I find it extremely effective to squirt saline (such as Little Remedies Nasal Mist) in both nostrils, wait a minute to allow the boogies, if you will, to soften, then use the Nosa Frida to suction them out. Babies hate it, but it is SO effective. I do this before and after every sleep and then as needed during the day when babe is sick
- Humidifier - great for babies/kids/adults with dry skin and respiratory issues of any kind.
- Vicks Cool Mist Humidifier - we have this in my toddler's room and she actually loves it, plus you can add VapoPads when they're older
- Vicks Warm Mist Humidifier - I feel as though it works better than cool mist, but I wouldn't leave it in a room with an ambulatory child as it gets hot; we've used this in our room and nursery while baby's still in crib. You can add VapoSteam when they're older
- Diffuser - acts as a humidifer, but with the added benefit of being able to add essential oils
- DoTerra Breathe Essential Oil Blend - for older babies
Cough

- Little Remedies Cough Syrup for babies 12+ months and older
- Zarbee's Cough Daytime and Nighttime Syrup children 2 years and older
- Children's Claritin for kids 2 years and up
